The Multi Function Portable Device, designed by Fangui Zeng and Tien-Li Chen, offers a unique solution for travelers who value convenience and efficiency. This innovative design combines essential life items into a compact and versatile package, ensuring that users have everything they need while on the go.

The device is divided into two parts: the main body and accessories. The main body features charging capabilities, an electric toothbrush, and a shaving function. The accessories include interchangeable toothbrush and shaving heads, allowing users to customize their experience based on their needs.

Constructed using a combination of materials such as a dry battery, a magnetic suspension core, a micro DC motor, a battery box, a metal guard plate, a polymer compound, and a sleeve, the Multi Function Portable Device is both durable and lightweight. Its compact size of 200mmX200mmX60mm makes it easy to carry and store.

Operating the device is simple and intuitive. To use the electric toothbrush function, users need to install the brush head in the corresponding position and switch it on. For the electric razor function, the brush head is replaced with a knife head, and the device is switched on. Additionally, the device can also be used as a power bank by connecting a cable to the USB interface.

The Multi Function Portable Device was developed from 2018 to 2020 at the National Taipei University of Technology in Taipei. The design team, led by Fangui Zeng and Tien-Li Chen, conducted extensive research to understand the needs of travelers and create a product that would meet those needs effectively.

Recognized for its practicality and innovation, the Multi Function Portable Device was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Beauty, Personal Care, and Cosmetic Products Design category in 2020. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate excellence in meeting professional and industrial requirements, while also contributing to a better world.
